How much is a carriage paid order?

A carriage paid order to Europe is 350.00€.

A 20.00€ carriage charge will be applied for orders under this amount.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, but you must order a minimum of a case quantity; these are typically in cases of 6 or 12.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin to process your order as soon as we receive it, your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days* subject to stock availability.

*Please note that pallet orders can take up to 72 hours

How long will it take to get my order?

Will a tracking number be provided?

TNT International does not currently provide tracking info via phone or email. You can contact us directly and we will provide all the details.

Can I add to my order after I have sent it?

We process orders in the quickest possible time so it's unlikely we will be able to assist you with an addition once your order has been placed.

What happens if I want to return the items I have ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied please contact us and we will assist you with the process.

My items have arrived damaged, faulty or missing

We are very sorry to hear this. Please ensure you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make a claim with our carrier. Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions with our carrier we cannot accept claims sent after this period of time.

Can you ship explosive items (i.e.: Sparklers, Ice Fountains, Table Bombs) to my country?

 

Unfortunately, due to the hazardous material we are unable to ship these products outside UK mainland.

 

Are Neon Lights provided with a European plug?

 

All the Neon Lights are currently provided of a UK plug only.

 

Do you ship backorders?

If the back order is below 175.00€ carriage charge will be applied.

We will contact you once your back order is back in stock so you can make additions to avoid those charges.

 

Do you allow the resale of Talking Tables products on third party websites such as Amazon, Facebook, Ebay, Etsy?

 

Talking Tables does not allow the resale of our products on any third party sites.  As a company we invest significantly in product innovation and unique developments. We have a strong sense of brand that we wish to protect and develop further.  We feel the auction style nature of these sites can misrepresent the premium quality of our brand. If you do see our products on reseller sites, we do have a few selected strategic resellers within the UK which we implemented as a programme in 2017.  We shall be working with them in 2018 to review the success of the programme.

 

I have a store/website and would love to stock Talking Tables, do you supply wholesale?

 

Yes, we certainly do. We check all applications to make sure your store/website will be a good match for our premium brand. We reserve the right to refuse any application where will feel our brand would be misrepresented, or where selling our stock in your store could cause conflict with existing Talking Tables stockists very nearby.

 

My website/store is not yet ready to trade, can I still apply for a trade account?

 

Yes, you can apply for an account, but we cannot allow access until your website is ready and we can ascertain you are buying for business purposes. In some cases, we may be able to provide a small selection of pricing to help with your costings.

 

Can we use your images for our website?

 

Yes, once you are approved as a Trade customer you will be given access to our Image Library, where you can download high resolution pictures of the products.
